Directions to Our Studio:
The Benefitness Studio is located on 5853 Post Road, Suite 205 in East Greenwich, RI 02818, in Plaza One. For precise directions from the Northern or Southern part of the State, follow the directions below.

FROM THE NORTH:
Take 95 South to exit 9 (left hand exit), merging onto Route 4. Then take your first exit, number 8 to RI-2/East Greenwich. At the top of the ramp, take a right onto Division St. Follow Division approximately 1 mile to a fork. At the fork stay to the right and travel another 1.2 miles on First Ave, coming to a stop light with gas stations on the left and right. Take a right at the light onto Post Rd and follow it through three traffic lights. Continue on after the third light, approximately two blocks, on the right, just after the sign for the End Zone Grill is 5853 Post Road, Plaza One. Take a right into Plaza One. Our studio is on the second floor, in Suite 205.

COMING FROM SOUTH (USING INTERSTATE 95):
Take 95 North to exit 8a. At the bottom of the ramp, you must cross two lanes to get into one of the two left lanes to take a left at the light ahead, onto Division Street. Follow Division approximately 1.2 miles to a fork. At the fork stay to the right and travel another 1.2 miles on First Ave, coming to a stop light with gas stations on the left and right. Take a right at the light onto Post Rd and follow it through three traffic lights. Continue on after the third light, approximately two blocks, on the right, just after the sign for the End Zone Grill is 5853 Post Road, Plaza One. Take a right into Plaza One. COMING FROM THE SOUTH (USING ROUTE 4):
Take Route 4 to exit 8a, East Greenwich. The exit will put you onto Division St. Follow Division approximately 1 mile to a fork.
